近年来,我国全国国际学校数量呈现持续增长趋势。据统计,2016年-2020年,中国获认证国际化学校数量从711所增长到1084所。2021年,全国已有1423所国际化学校。尽管受到“双减”政策等因素影响,但2022年至2023年国际学校数量继续增加,新开设国际学校主要以外籍人员子女学校和高中阶段学校为主。可以预见,在国家支持下,全国国际学校数量将继续保持增长态势。
2016-2020年我国国际学校数量稳步增长
从2016年到2020年,我国获认证的国际化学校数量呈现稳步增长的趋势。统计数据显示,这5年间中国获认证国际化学校数量从711所增长到1084所,增幅达到52.7%。这说明在过去的几年时间里,我国国际学校的总量在稳步扩张,家长选择国际化教育的意愿也在不断增强。国际学校的规模不断扩大,为培养国际化人才提供了有力的支持。
2021年我国国际化学校数量再创新高
2021年,我国国际化学校的数量达到新的高峰。据不完全统计,截至2021年8月,全国共有获得各类国际课程或认证的国际化学校1423所。这一数字比2020年的1084所有了大幅度的增加,增长了31.4%。从区域分布来看,以华东地区的国际化学校数量最多,达到全国总数的41%。这显示出无论是沿海发达地区,还是中西部地区,国际学校建设都在蓬勃发展。新开设的国际学校主要包括民办国际化学校、公办国际部和外籍人员子女学校。高中阶段的国际化学校数量最多,这与出国留学的需求密切相关。
2022-2023年国际学校数量持续增加
尽管在“双减”政策等因素影响下,2022-2023年我国国际学校数量出现了一定程度的下降,但总体而言,国际学校数量仍在持续增加。2022年全国新增国际化学校17所,2023年新增13所,这表明国际化教育市场仍然活跃。新增加的国际学校以外籍人员子女学校为主,高中阶段学校数量最多。这与国家政策约束新的民办义务教育学校、取消培训类国际高中相关。但在一定政策导向下,国际学校数量能保持增长,预示着我国国际教育市场发展势头良好。
外籍人员子女学校和高中阶段学校成新进入主体
Analyze from the types and stages of newly opened international schools in recent three years, international schools mainly refer to foreign-funded schools and high school stages. Among the 17 new international schools in 2022, 13 are foreign-funded schools. Among the 13 new international schools planned for 2023, there are 5 foreign-funded schools and 5 private international schools. In terms of stages, among the 13 international schools planned to open in 2023, 11 schools contain high school stages. The changes in the main body and stage of new international school are closely related to the current policies. On the one hand, the approval of new private compulsory education schools is restricted. On the other hand, the qualifications of training-type international high schools are governed. However, under the policy guidance, international school groups still usher in differentiated development opportunities. The changes at this stage are also conducive to the high-quality development of international education.
通过上述统计可知,近年来我国全国国际学校数量呈现持续增长趋势。尽管2021年“双减”政策对民办教育带来一定影响,但在国家政策支持下,全国国际学校数量在2022-2023年继续增加,且新进入国际学校主要集中在外籍人员子女学校和高中阶段。可以预见,在国家的引导与扶持下,我国全国国际学校的数量将继续保持增长态势。
